Organized at Oneida, N. Y., and mustered in September 4, 1861. Moved to Washington, D. C., September, 1861. Attached to Stoneman’s Cavalry Command, Army of the Potomac, to April, 1862. At Headquarters, Army of the Potomac, as escort till June, 1865. History Army of the Potomac. Mustered out June 13, 1865, and honorably discharged from service.

Company lost during service 10 by disease.
