Gibson and Gibson, Dictionary of Transports and Combatant Vessels Steam and Sail Employed by the Union Army, 1861-1868 says: SETH LOW; steam tug; 236 tons. Chartered Apr 15, 1862-Oct 31, 1863, when she participated in the Peninsular campaign; Dec 1 1863-June 10, 1865.
