Williss, Historical Base Maps. Appomattox Manor – City Point says: A machine shop was attached to the northwestern corner of the engine house. The building was of frame construction and measured approximately thirty-five by fifty feet. The small shed shown attached to the shop was approximately twenty-five feet square.
