Abdill, Civil War Railroads, p90: Pictured here at the Taunton factory is the STUART GWYNN, built in 1863 for the United States Miiltary Railroads. She was a 4-4-0 bearing Tauntons Shop No. 297, and sported 16×24 inch cylinders and 60 inch drivers; her total weight was listed as being 56,000 pounds.
