Library of Congress says: Photograph shows a group of men seated in the portico of the governor’s mansion in Richmond. Seated at left is Governor Francis H. Pierpont, Treasurer of Virginia W. W. Wing, President of Alexandria’s Common Council W.D. Massey, and a member of the governor’s staff, Colonel Hart.
