MOLLUS Collection says: View of interior of Enemy’s works at Port Hudson. Point of attack (same place different direction as other pictures with stakes) with Duryea’s Battery in the background with hogsheads of cotton on its right. The ridge across foreground is an interior rifle pit the garrison began when they suspected we were toing to attack them. Our parallel is between Duryea’s Battery & Enemy’s parapet & hidden by latter. The turn of it from left to right of picture shows just to the left of the cotton hogsheads as one looks at the picture.
