MOLLUS collection says: Pittsburg Landing, Tennessee. The steamer farthest up stream is the Tycoon, dispatched by the Cincinnatti Sanitary Commission with stores for the wounded; the next steamer is the Tigress, which was General Grant’s headquarters boat. Copy of a photograph taken in April, 1862, a few days after the battle.
